A Legal 500-ranked residential property team is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded London property practice with a strong reputation in the residential market.

The successful candidate will have strong experience handling a broad range of residential property matters and advising a diverse HNW client base including investors, developers, landlords and tenants. A following of clients or referrers would be advantageous, but is not essential.

The Role

  • Managing a varied residential property caseload including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • New leases
    • Refinancing matters
    • Transfers and related transactions
  • Providing strategic and practical advice to clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local agents and referrers
  • Working closely with partners to support the continued growth of the Islington property team
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives, including networking events and contributing to newsletters and legal updates
  • Delivering consistently high levels of client service
  • Supervising and supporting trainees and paralegals within the team

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years of post qualification residential property experience
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercially minded and proactive approach
  • Interest in contributing to the growth and development of the team
