An established and expanding central London law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3-4 years PQE or equivalent) to join its dynamic and friendly team. This is a newly created position, reflecting growth in demand and client instructions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of commercial property matters.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling landlord and tenant matters
- Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Managing site acquisitions, conditional sales, and development agreements
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial property documents, including:
- Options and overage agreements
- Wayleave and promotion agreements
- Section 106 agreements
- Airspace leases and infrastructure-related documents
- Supporting the team on complex transactions while developing client relationships
- Assisting in business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice
What We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-4 years' PQE (or equivalent)
- Recent and relevant experience in commercial property law
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- A proactive, commercially aware approach and a genuine interest in helping to build the practice
- An existing following or network is a plus but not essential
