Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (3+ PQE)
Join a highly regarded Tier 1 residential property team with a strong presence in the market, handling a broad range of quality residential transactions for individuals, investors and high-net-worth clients.
This role would suit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking to combine hands‑on fee earning with the mentoring and development of junior lawyers and support staff within a collaborative and well‑resourced team.
The Role
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior fee earners, trainees and support staff
- Assisting with team management, technical guidance and workflow distribution
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors
- Maintaining high standards of client care and risk management
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualified
- 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience mentoring, supervising or managing junior team members
- Able to run a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and client relationship skills
- Organised, commercially aware and confident taking a lead role within a team
