The Role
You'll work closely with Partners and the Deputy Head, contributing to the department's success and the firm's overall growth strategy. From advising clients to mentoring junior colleagues, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and expanding the practice.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing complex Private Client matters and delivering clear, expert advice
- Developing and maintaining your client/referrer base in line with firm values
- Supervising and supporting junior team members, ensuring quality and compliance
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to strategic planning
We're Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with strong technical competence in Private Client law
- Proven ability to manage high-quality work independently and meet fee targets
- Commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in practice development and team leadership
- A client following or ability to build one is highly desirable
