The Role
This position sits within a highly experienced enfranchisement team acting for both landlords and tenants, including high-value individual clients, investors and portfolio holders. Work will cover the full spectrum of enfranchisement matters, combining advisory, transactional and contentious elements. Work will include:
- Statutory and voluntary lease extensions
- Collective enfranchisement matters (freehold acquisitions)
- Strategic advice on rights under enfranchisement legislation
- Handling complex and high-value cases
- Working closely with surveyors and other professional advisers
- Contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice
