The Role

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, working closely with individuals and families to support them through important life stages. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy, client interaction, and team collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters
  • Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax planning, and trusts where appropriate
  • Meeting clients to take instructions and provide clear, compassionate legal advice
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit Private Client team
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Experience handling wills, probate, and estate administration work
  • Strong technical knowledge of core Private Client matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing your own caseload independently
  • A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
