We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to support an ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation for a major consulting organisation. You'll analyse the existing SAP ECC Time Management solution, contribute to requirements and design workshops, configure the new solution and help ensure accurate integration between Time Management and Payroll.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Configuring work schedules, holiday calendars, attendances and absences
- Managing leave entitlements and quotas
- Supporting Time Evaluation and time wage-type generation
- Configuring overtime and shift-premium processing
- Writing Time Management PCRs and modifying Time Evaluation schemas
- Validating payroll-impacting time data during testing and parallel payroll runs
- Investigating and resolving time-related payroll discrepancies
- Reviewing existing custom developments and enhancements
- Helping simplify and standardise current processes
You'll need strong hands-on SAP HCM Time Management experience, including the ability to independently work with PCRs and Time Evaluation schemas. Previous ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation and Payroll integration experience would be particularly valuable.
