A highly respected ranked firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy Real Estate team in Haywards Heath.
The Opportunity
You will handle a wide range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases across varying levels of value and complexity. Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions
- Support senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
- Maintain high levels of client care and build strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQS accreditation and risk policies
- Contribute to business development through networking, seminars, and thought leadership pieces
- Meet and exceed personal financial targets (fees, billing, time recording, debt recovery, etc.)
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in residential property
- Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of property law and CQS requirements
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong IT skills, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
