A well-established, Lexcel-accredited and highly regarded multi-service law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its busy team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-standing firm with over 150 years of history, known for building trusted, long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality legal services across the region.
The Role
- You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:
- Estate administration from instruction through to completion
- Drafting and advising on Wills
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting clients with general estate planning matters
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care while managing matters independently and efficiently.
About You
- Minimum 3+ years PQE in Private Client work
- Strong experience across wills, probate and estate administration
- Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities under pressure
- IT proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Team-focused with a flexible, 'can-do' approach
- Able to work independently when required
