The Role
You will manage your own varied Private Client caseload while also working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex and high-value matters. The role offers a great balance of autonomy, support, and development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on wills, probate, and estate administration
- Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting with inheritance tax and estate planning matters
- Handling trust administration and related advisory work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively within a supportive Private Client team
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-5 years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
- Experience running your own caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and LPAs
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- STEP membership (or working towards) would be an advantage
