As a Contentious Probate Solicitor in our Guildford office, you will handle complex and sensitive matters, guiding clients through challenging disputes with professionalism and care. You will work in a collaborative environment, using systems like Case Manager and contributing to both client success and team development.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing contentious probate cases from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Supervising and coaching junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Leading projects or initiatives and supporting business development activities.
