The Role

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Reviewing title documentation and search results
  • Raising and responding to enquiries
  • Preparing contracts, transfers and mortgage documentation
  • Reporting on title and mortgage offers
  • Managing files through exchange and completion
  • SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Assisting with complex and technical conveyancing matters

You will also:

  • Deliver outstanding client care throughout the transaction process
  • Liaise with clients, referrers, lenders and other solicitors
  • Support junior team members and provide technical guidance where required
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Strong residential conveyancing experience
  • Comfortable managing transactions independently
  • Excellent organisational and diary management skills
  • Strong communication and client care abilities
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and positive approach
