A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Family Solicitor at Salaried Partner level to join its team in Poole. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a respected Family department, taking over a strong caseload and playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
The Role
- Manage a full caseload of high-value matrimonial and financial remedy matters
- Handle complex divorce and financial cases
- Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy
- Supervise and support a small team of lawyers and support staff
- Play an active role in business development and networking
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Family team
This is a hands-on leadership role offering both high-quality work and the opportunity to shape the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Family Law
- Strong background in high-value matrimonial and financial matters
- Confident in advocacy and court appearances
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Commercially aware with a proven ability to generate work

- Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
