An established and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking a Family Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join its friendly and well-regarded Family department. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and client-focused family solicitor looking to handle high-quality private work within a supportive, values-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage your own caseload of private family matters with appropriate supervision and full administrative support.
  • Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
  • Mid to high-net-worth financial matters
  • Private children matters
  • Complex private family disputes
  • Exposure to ADR processes as well as court proceedings

The firm places strong emphasis on resolving matters constructively and professionally, in line with Resolution principles.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in Family Law
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Confident managing clients with professionalism and sensitivity
  • A member of Resolution, or willing to join and adopt the Resolution Code
  • Experience of ADR and court proceedings advantageous
  • A collaborative team player aligned with a values-driven culture
