- Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Advising clients clearly and professionally, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
- Using case management systems to maintain accurate records and documentation
We are Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 5-6 PQE+
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Commercial property experience is desirable but not essential
