A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful Commercial Property team, based primarily in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a respected firm known for the quality of its work, its supportive culture, and its strong client relationships.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, advising a broad client base that includes property owners, developers, investors, lenders, and tenants. The work will include:
- Property portfolio management for a diverse range of commercial clients
- Site acquisitions and disposals, including mixed-use developments
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals
- Property finance and secured lending
- Development projects, including planning-related considerations
You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative team, supporting clients on complex and often high-value transactions.
