We are recruiting for an experienced Family Associate or Partner (5+ PQE) to join a top-tier, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Family team based in Southampton.
The Role
- Managing a varied and high-quality Family law caseload
- Advising on complex financial matters arising from divorce
- Children matters and cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Acting for high-net-worth individuals, including rural and agricultural clients
In addition to fee‑earning, you will:
- Play a leading role in team management, strategy and supervision
- Actively engage in business development and profile‑building
About You
- Senior Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
- Currently operating at Associate or Partner level, or ready to step up
- Strong technical background in private Family law
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and delegate effectively
- Commercially minded with a strong network of referrers
- Experience in non‑court dispute resolution (mediation, collaborative law, or One Couple One Lawyer) is desirable
