A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate to join its established London tax practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax lawyer looking to build their career within a highly transactional team that advises on a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border matters. The role offers significant exposure to high-profile transactions and close collaboration with market-leading corporate, private equity and real estate teams.

The team advises on a diverse range of transactional tax matters, including:

  • M&A transactions
  • Private equity investments, acquisitions and exits
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
  • Financing and fund-related transactions
  • Real estate acquisitions and disposals
  • Employee incentives and management equity arrangements

This is a predominantly transactional tax role, providing commercially focused tax support across a wide variety of deals. There is no contentious tax work.

Applications are encouraged from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate or transactional tax
  • England & Wales qualification
  • Experience gained at a leading City, international or well-regarded national firm
  • Strong technical and commercial judgement
  • Experience working on M&A and private equity transactions

Candidates qualified in other common law jurisdictions may also be considered, provided they have strong relevant experience and exposure to the London market.
