We are looking for a solicitor with experience in contentious trusts and probate to join the Private Client Group of a well-established and growing Dorset-based law firm known for its supportive, collaborative culture and strong community focus.
About the Role:
You will work on a broad range of matters including:
- Trust and probate disputes
- Inheritance Act (1975 Act) claims
- Court of Protection cases
Our clients include private individuals, executors, trustees, attorneys, and deputies. The role offers the chance to handle complex, often sensitive matters within a friendly, approachable team where professional development and client care are prioritised.
About You:
We\’re looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 3 years\’ experience in contentious private client work
