The Role: The successful candidate will manage a non-contentious commercial contracts caseload, covering a variety of matters, including:
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Data protection
- Franchising
- IT-related agreements
- Licensing and exploitation of intellectual property
- Standard and bespoke commercial contracts
- Corporate support matters
Additionally, the role may involve advising on partnerships and LLPs, competition law, asset finance, and consumer credit.
