We are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing Private Client department based in Canterbury.
The Role
- Handle a broad and interesting Private Client caseload, including:
- Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning
- Complex estates involving UK and overseas property and tax issues
- Court of Protection matters
- Trusts and agricultural estates
- Administration of straightforward probate matters, with complex cases referred to Partners as appropriate
About You
- Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Private Client work (applications from all experience levels considered)
- Strong technical grounding across core Private Client matters
- Comfortable advising clients on sensitive and complex issues
- Willing to contribute to supervision and development of junior team members
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Professional client-focused approach
