A well-regarded firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its established and collaborative team in Bournemouth. The Role

  • You will manage a varied private client caseload, with a particular focus on:
    • Probate matters
    • Estate administration
    • Wills
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Trusts
  • You will work as part of a large, collaborative team, benefiting from strong internal support and shared expertise, while maintaining a high standard of client care.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience within a similar Private Client role (NQ+ considered)
  • Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and Trusts
  • Confident in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • IT literate and comfortable using case management systems
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach

  • Full remuneration package £45,000-£70,000 DOE
  • No billing targets
  • 35-hour working week (9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
