Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE
A well-established and highly regarded South Coast firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Bournemouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive Private Client department, offering high-quality work, strong autonomy, and the chance to build long-term client relationships.
The Role
You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Estate administration
- Trusts and tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
The role offers real ownership from day one, with the opportunity to:
- Build and develop your own client relationships
- Encourage referrals and contribute to business development
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Play a role in the continued growth of the department
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE (flexible)
- Strong experience across Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware and motivated to grow your practice
- Experience using case management systems (desirable)
- STEP/SFE accreditation or interest in working towards (desirable)
