The Opportunity
An established law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its Residential Property team as an Assistant Head Conveyancer.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you will support the day-to-day management and future growth of the team while maintaining your own conveyancing caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their leadership skills within a supportive and progressive firm.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Supporting the Head of Department with team management and performance.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Monitoring workloads and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
- Assisting with business development and client relationship management.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
You Will Likely Have
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE within Residential Property.
- Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience or an interest in progressing into leadership.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
