A well‑established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team on a full‑time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to progress their career, working alongside experienced Family Law partners with a clear route to Head of Department and Partnership.
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Divorce and financial matters
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
- Pre and Post‑Nuptial Agreements
- Private Children Act matters
- Family Law Act matters
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualification as a solicitor with a valid practising certificate
- Strong knowledge of Family Law, including Matrimonial and Children Act matters
- Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in court hearings and advocacy (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive approach and an ambition to progress
