Private Client Fee Earner
Location: Andover
Experience: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Package: £50,000-£65,000 DOE
A well-established and supportive Private Client team is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their Andover office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner looking to manage their own caseload, work closely with vulnerable clients, and develop their career within a respected and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
- Probate and full estate administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Tax and Trust work
- Advising and supporting vulnerable clients
You will be expected to handle matters independently from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout.
There is also scope to support the wider team and contribute to the smooth running and development of the department.
About You
- 3+ years PQE in Private Client work
- Strong experience across wills, probate and estate administration
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Experience working with vulnerable clients
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Experience using case management systemsSTEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
