An established law firm in Reading is seeking a Senior Employment Associate to join its Employment team.
About the Role:
- You will manage a wide range of employment matters, including drafting contracts and policies, advising on issues such as disciplinary processes, discrimination, sickness, redundancy, TUPE and whistle-blowing, and negotiating settlement agreements.
- You will handle employment tribunal cases from start to finish, support employment aspects of corporate transactions, lead local business development, and supervise junior lawyers.
What We’re Looking For:
