You will join a well-established Private Client team in Reading, working on a varied caseload of wills, probate, and estate matters, supported by experienced colleagues in a collaborative and professional environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for a wide range of clients
- Managing estate administration, including probate and inheritance tax matters
- Preparing IHT accounts and advising on inheritance tax planning
- Supporting business development activities and building client relationships
We're looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
- Knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs
