Integration & Systems Validation Engineer Location: Stevenage (Relocation package available) Salary: Up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) Working Pattern: Hybrid (Typically 4-5 days on-site per week) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Integration & Systems Validation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in testing and validating critical systems for the Air Defence domain. Reporting to the Chief Systems Proving Engineer, you’ll work across system and subsystem equipment, conducting trials, fault-finding, and delivering high-quality test results. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute trials in collaboration with systems and design teams. Conduct laboratory and ground-based trials to validate systems. Perform diagnostics using COTS test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.). Support environmental testing and generate reports. Ensure lab safety, asset management, and configuration control. What You’ll Bring: Experience in system integration, trials, and design proving. Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 and diagnostic fault-finding. Ability to perform functional proving activities and maintain calibrated equipment. What We Offer: Bonus: Up to £2,500 annually.
