3rd Line Support Engineer – Hitchin – £45K My client a high performing MSP is currently seeking an experienced & motivated 3rd line support professional to join the team. The role will involve spending time between customer’s sites providing in person support & the Hitchin office. The ideal candidate will come from an MSP background with both onsite & Support Desk experience. Requirements Outstanding problem-solving & troubleshooting skills. Experience with management of devices and policies with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune. Deployment & advanced support of Microsoft 365 products, including Entra ID, SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams. Management & troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016-2022, including Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, AD Sync & Group Policy. Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V. Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, WatchGuard firewalls, VLANs and VPNs Understanding of security concepts, Cyber essentials framework, compliance and governance.
