Night Shift – 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, with a 20-minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a truck-mounted equipment welder, you will produce high-quality weldments using blueprints or documentation to meet daily schedules and customer demand. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, adjusting, and regulating welding machines, welding with or without fixtures, using various tools for cutting, grinding, beveling, fitting metals, and slag removal. You will perform maintenance, ensure weld quality, participate in training, perform daily 5S activities, and adhere to safety standards.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:

• Ability to weld using GMAW MIG process
• Ability to read blueprints, basic shop math, and tape measure
• Ability to operate overhead hoist
• Minimum of 6 months experience and/or associate degree or certification
• Adherence to health and safety rules and good housekeeping (5S)

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, standing
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding smoke
