SPAR Stewartstown, operated by Henderson Group, is seeking a Team Leader to guide the store team and deliver outstanding customer service. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts across opening hours, 7:00am–10:00pm, including weekends and flexible hours.
You will report to the Assistant Manager/Store Manager and help drive store performance, staff development, and community initiatives. A 18+ minimum age and prior supervisory experience are required.
