The purpose of the role: Due to continued success, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Retail Replenishment Team. This role supports store replenishment processes and systems within the Automated Store Replenishment (ASR) team at Head Office, ensuring accurate stock management and effective system use across all stores.
Working as a Retail Replenishment Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Retailer Support (ASR Processes): Support retailers in delivering effective stock management and availability. Assist with the rollout and expansion of ASR across the retail network, targeting 300 retailers by the end of 2026.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce and maintain weekly performance reports. Complete daily stock management tasks and system updates. Use systems including Relex, Excel, and Qlik to monitor and analyse data.
- Retailer Communication: Respond to retailer queries professionally and efficiently. Compile and communicate ASR updates and relevant information.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Warehouse, Trading, and other internal teams. Escalate, discuss, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Promotional Review: Maintain an understanding of the promotional schedule. Support promotional queries and related tasks. Gather and review post-promotion performance data.
Skills for Success: Joining us as a Retail Replenishment Administrator the minimum criteria you'll need is:
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Minimum of 1 years experience working within a retail or an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full, current UK/EU driving licence with access to your own vehicle
The Attributes you'll need include:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
It is Desirable if you have:
- A Levels or equivalent qualification (e.g., HND or BTEC).
- Experience of working in a food retail environment
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to input data, analysis and tracking to a high degree of accuracy
- Previous experience providing support or service to customers (internal and/or external)
- Experience in stock replenishment or re-ordering within an FMCG environment.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
