EUROSPAR/MAXOL FILLING STATION (Mallusk) Location: 45 Mallusk Rd, Newtownabbey BT36 4PS

Part-Time Post Office Clerk Job type: Part‑time, 16 hours per week. Flexible shifts between 8 am – 8 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, the role involves assisting in the efficient running of the Post Office daily, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers according to company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and balance cash accurately.
  • Complete administration duties as required.
  • Provide outstanding customer care.
  • Travel to other Post Office branches as necessary.
  • Complete other duties as required for the role.

Qualifications

  • Cash handling experience.
  • Previous experience in sales or active selling and achieving sales targets.
  • Back office administrative experience.
  • Good standard of education (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
