Delish Deli Team Member – 117 Killycomain Road, Portadown, Co Armagh, BT63 5JH

Pay rates ranging from £11.90 – £13.25 per hour depending on your age, plus great benefits.

Positions Instore Availability for both positions within the opening hours of the department Monday to Sunday, 6am – 6pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Saturday and Sunday shifts will be required as part of both roles.

A look into the role: Our Deli’s are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard‑working and friendly team make it all happen – from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As Daily Deli Team Member you will:

  • Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advise customers about our products and services.
  • Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
  • Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
  • Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all counters – SPAR Bakery and Daily deli remain fresh and appetising for our customers.
  • Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success: Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience – we’ll provide you with all the right training. Above all we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience!
