Customer Advisor Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits. Part‑time permanent position available at 16 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 7:00 am – 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Availability to work some weekday morning shifts will be required.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours

Part‑time permanent position available at 16 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 7:00 am – 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Availability to work some weekday morning shifts will be required. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at interview.
