The predicted salary is between 18.26 - 18.26 £ per hour.

As a Reach Truck Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of stock within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include operating a reach truck to complete put-away and replenishment tasks using RF scanners and our warehouse management system. You’ll carry out daily safety checks on your equipment, follow established procedures for handling stock, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout your working area. You’ll also manage and report any product damages, support stock accuracy, and assist with preparations for internal and external audits.

Minimum qualifications & Skills for Success

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment.
  • Valid VNA operator licence, Reach Truck licence or Counterbalance licence.
  • Relative RF scanner/WMS experience.
  • Experience of meeting performance targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment – chilled and frozen.

Additional desirable skills

  • Experience in receipt of goods.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • Manual handling trained.
  • Experience of warehouse management systems – (Voice Picking).
  • Pick truck trained – (LLOP valid licence).

Hours of Work

Full-time opportunities available, working 4 days per week which will include working Sunday and any 3 days Monday-Thursday, from 6pm-4am (job to finish).
