What you would be doing:
As a Replenisher, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of stock within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating a reach truck to complete put-away and replenishment tasks using RF scanners and our warehouse management system.
- Carrying out daily safety checks on your equipment.
- Following established procedures for handling stock.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout your working area.
- Managing and reporting any product damages.
- Supporting stock accuracy.
- Assisting with preparations for internal and external audits.

Earning Potential: Hourly rate is £15.20 per hour.
Skills for Success:
Joining us as a Replenisher the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
- At least 3 months experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Valid Reach Truck licence.
- Relative RF scanner/WMS experience.
- Health and Safety awareness.
- Manual handling trained.
The Attributes you’ll need include:
- Experience of meeting performance targets.
- Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Able to work in temperature‑controlled environment - chilled and frozen.
It is desirable if you have:

Hours of Work:
The successful candidate for this role will work 38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 from 10am-6pm.
