This role is for a Fresh Food Development Specialist reporting to the Fresh Food Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on support to store teams.
- Driving sales and improving profitability.
- Ensuring compliance and developing efficient processes.
- Coaching store teams with practical support on merchandising and creative solutions to drive sales.
- Delivering the fresh food proposition in new and redeveloped stores within agreed timelines.
- Formulating and delivering coaching workshops that improve store operations.
- Producing weekly and monthly reports with insights and action plans.
- Collaborating with other business functions to develop and implement business-development solutions that increase sales and profit.
- Presenting commercial insights on fresh food performance to the Retail and Senior Leadership Teams.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ management experience within the Fresh Food retail sector.
- Strong IT proficiency, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Full, valid UK/EU driving licence.
