We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Fresh Foods team as a Logistics Administrator. In this key role, you'll support the smooth running of our outbound operations by providing efficient and accurate administrative support using our Warehouse Management System.

As a Logistics Administrator, you will:

  • Provide support to outbound operations by assisting with order processing.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare, process and maintain shipping and delivery documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery times are met to a high standard.
  • Prepare and finalise inbound logistics documentation in advance of next day operations.
  • Confidently navigate and leverage internal systems to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced and time sensitive manner.

Joining us as Logistics Administrator the minimum criteria you'll need is:

  • 5 GCSEs A-C (or equivalent), to include Maths and English.
  • Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

The attributes you'll need include:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong numerical and written skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Well-developed organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Capable of managing priorities and escalating issues when required.

It is desirable if you have:

  • 2 A Levels (Grade A-C) or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG environment, particularly outbound operations.
  • Experience working with a Warehouse Management System.
  • Previous administration experience, specifically within a logistics (or similar) environment.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week. The successful candidate will work a two-week rotational shift pattern as below:

  • Week One and Two: Monday - Thursday - 11:00am - 7:00pm and Sunday 11:00am- 7:30pm.
  • Week Three and Four: Monday - Thursday - 2:00pm - 10:00pm and Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm.
