Part‑time temporary (3‑6 months) position available at 25.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team alongside the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager to follow store policies, standards and practices.
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (includes keyholder responsibility).
- Be a positive role model to the team, represent our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
- Train, manage the workload and support your team, while being hands on in store to ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time to deliver the best customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance, including understanding and implementing the store plan and priorities.
- Actively promote and get involved in initiatives to support the local community.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
Qualifications
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Previous store retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level leading a team in a customer‑focused environment.
- Natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.
- Target driven, focused on continuous improvement.
- Able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.

Working Hours
Availability to cover morning, evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 6:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility required.
