A look into the role: Our Delish delis offer breakfast, lunch and coffee. The Supervisor works with the Deli Manager to lead the team, provide customer service, prepare food, maintain hygiene and support career growth.
As Delish Deli Supervisor you will:
- Listen to and understand customers, advise them about products.
- Provide first‑class service to all customers.
- Delegate work duties to team members, ensuring coverage and high quality service.
- Carry out food safety control checks and recordkeeping.
- Ensure stock is displayed correctly, prices are accurate and waste is recorded.
- Prepare and cook food following company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in the deli front and back.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
