Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
Responsibilities
- Listening to and understanding customers' needs and advising customers about products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
- Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours
Full‑time and part‑time positions available at 12‑37.5 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 7:00am – 11:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Working in the Post Office & Deli department will form part of this role.
