As a Daily Deli Team Member you will:
- Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise them about our products and services.
- Provide first‑class service to all customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods while working within food safety regulations.
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
- Work as part of a team to keep all counters – SPAR Bakery and Daily Deli – fresh and appetising for customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success: No prior retail or foodservice experience required – training will be provided. We look for team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience. Applicants should note that, depending on the response, the company may increase the short‑listing criteria.
