Role Overview
Reporting to the Store Management Team, the Customer Advisor will assist in the efficient running of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Customer Advisors in the Fresh/Produce Department.
- Operate all checkouts accurately, processing transactions efficiently and timely.
- Replenish stock daily in compliance with the company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
- Ensure correct pricing using Shelf Edge Labels.
- Maintain high level of customer service throughout the store.
- Cover the Post Office when required.
- Carry out any other duties as required.
Must be aged 18 or over.
