Henderson Group’s SPAR Drumahoe location is hiring a Team Leader to guide the store team and deliver a superior shopping experience. This full-time role is 37.5 hours weekly, covering a range of shifts from 6:00am to 11:00pm, including some weekend work.
You will work under the Assistant Manager or Store Manager, lead staff, train and manage workloads, promote our values, and support community initiatives, with occasional Post Office cover if needed.
