Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits. Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, between 6:00am – 3:00pm with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role: Our Deli’s are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.
As Deli Team Member you will:
- Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advise customers about our products and services.
- Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and deli remain fresh and appetising for our customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success: Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training. Above all we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience!

Working Hours: Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, between 6:00am – 3:00pm with a degree of flexibility required.
