Delish Deli Team Member – Spar Belvoir, 60 Old Milltown Road, Belfast, BT8 7SW. Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits. Full‑time position working 37.5 hours per week (5 x 7.5‑hour shifts) during the department opening hours Monday to Sunday, 6am‑5pm. Weekend shifts will be required.

Role Overview
Our delis offer customers breakfast, lunch, and coffee on the go. As a daily deli team member you will help prepare food, provide excellent customer service, and maintain hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise them on products and services.
- Provide first‑class service to all customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
- Work as part of a team to keep SPAR Bakery and Daily Deli counters fresh and appetising.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success
No previous retail or foodservice experience is necessary – training will be provided. Team members should have personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude, capable of making customers smile and delivering an outstanding experience.
