The predicted salary is between 13.25 - 13.25 £ per hour.
Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.
Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts between the hours of 5:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Weekday availability from 5:00am will be required for this role.

Our Delish deli’s are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard‑working and friendly team make it all happen – from preparing delicious food, delivering first‑class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.
As a Delish Deli Team Member you will:
- Provide a first‑class service to all of our customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all counters – SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli – remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success:
You have no previous retail or foodservice experience? We’ll provide all the right training. We look for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience.
