Pay rates ranging from £11.90 – £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits. Part‑time or full‑time position available at 25.5 – 42.5 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts between 6:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Weekday availability from 6:00 am also required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first‑class service to all customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and tidy prep areas and counters, including kitchen porter duties.
- Work as part of a team to keep SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli counters fresh and appetising.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous retail or foodservice experience required – full training provided.
- Team player with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude.
- Desire to make customers smile and provide the best experience.
- Ability to adapt to shift patterns and flexible hours.
